Hi I am 13 years old and i won a lottery of $30,000, and its my dad's birthday so should i buy him a honda
I thought the law was age 18 and older can play the lottery. If not, then I wouldn't buy anything with the money. I would put most of it into a mutual fund and let it grow 6% interest over 20 years and you'd have a nice sum in your pocket.
